Bool's Flower Shop

My family and I have been Bools customers for a long long time and they are fantastic. This week, my mom turned 91 and her grand daughter sent flowers. The arrangement was a little weather beaten since it didn't come in a box. I called and Bools couldn't have been more terrific. They sent a new even more stunning arrangement. Their customer service just can't be beat and their arrangements are always gorgeous.

The staff was friendly and helpful answering all of my questions and showing me every option for the color scheme I wanted for my reception flowers. They helped me come up with creative ways to incorporate my favorite flowers and unexpected pops of color. They also went the extra mile for my niece (it was her birthday) and sent her off with a rose and balloon. I love supporting local business and Bool's will be my go to for all future flower needs!

I work at Cayuga Addiction Recovery Services and inquired about Bool's Flower Shop donating baby spider plants to a group. They were very helpful with information and wished us luck with our indoor gardening unit! Thank you so much for helping individuals with substance use disorders find the joy of gardening!
