It has been quiet a while I didn’t come here. After movie, I took kids to have dinner here. Waiting time is too long, the speed of delivery food is fast. We ordered salad, spaghetti kids menu, include drinks soup, kids loved it, very delicious. They requested to come here again. Strongly recommended the family or friends gathering here.

Went here for dinner and had a really good time. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food was really good. I got the pot-pourri spaghetti and all three sauces were tasty, but the Mizithra cheese one was definitely the star.  The best part was the prices, very good for what you get. I can’t wait to come back!

The newest old spaghetti factory I’ve been to. Food was good, and service was good. Lots of parking spots and no wait at all. We enjoyed our time. We will def come back.

Prompt and good service. Food was good as usual. Complimentary sour dough bread was good with butter with herbs.

We were a group of 5 squeezed into a booth. We had a trainee serving us and a server covering. We were well taken care of and our meals all came out fast. Both servers were friendly and attentive and checked a few times if we were needing anything. The food is awesome every time I go and you really can't beat the prices. A soup or salad your pasta dish and a scoop of ice cream for $20 is rare when eating out. Thank you spaghetti factory!!!

Zero complaints here. All I know is food was great and I will be returning for the lunch special, the steak sandwich soon.

Staffing was great. Great family setting. Food again was OK.  Fettuccine was dry and cool. Bread was dry. They brought out some extra sauce, which was great. I'm  going to order the same thing in a couple of months  and see if they're consistent.Food: 3/5

We did not have a reservation,we were five people and the host told us to wait 20 to 30 minutes but we were seating before that,startes come after 15 minutes, everything was delicious and fast.All the waitress were  very nice and cordial. 10 of 10!!!!!@

I had not been to the old spaghetti factory in years and my companion is a big fan so we dined there on a Saturday about 1:00. Everybody is very friendly and we received our drinks and menus quickly after being seated. Their lunch rush had passed already so there seemed to be a lot of staff and just a couple of large tables and then two or three tables of two so we chilled and relaxed and chatted. Our salads came quickly as did the bread and we had ordered as we knew what we wanted but it must have been a full half hour before our entrees came. We are pretty easy going so we didn't think a whole lot about it but I did step up to the bar and talk to the lady that was taking phone orders I guess. By the time I got back to my table, the manager was assisting the young lady to deliver our food to us and we were told that she was new so she probably forgot to put our order in. We continued our 3-hour dining experience and waited quite a long time after we were done eating for the waitress to come back and ask if we wanted ice cream. Again the time lapse was so long that I went up to the bar and talk to the same gracious lady who helped us. By the time I got back to our table the dishes of spumoni and vanilla ice cream had come and the lady at the bar also gave us a strawberry cheesecake on the house. The food was good and we made the best of a sticky situation as we were really hungry and it indeed was a long wait. This does not put me off from going to the old spaghetti factory but for future lessons, the wait staff as they are training need to be on the ball with their customers' needs. The lag in service tainted our visit to the old spaghetti factory just a little bit.
