Ocean Park Pizza & Steak House

I was craving a clubhouse and OPP version of the club was delicious. It was on a French bageuette, a nice switch from the traditional 3 bread club I usually have. My husband had the pizza, he always gets the pepperoni pizza from Ocean Park Pizza!! Fantastic Eats!!

Fish and chips was excellent. Burger was fairly plain, nothing special. We didn’t try the pizza which is obviously the signature dish.

We were originally going to go to Delrios, unfortunately, when we arrived it said it was only take out service , due to staff shortage. We ended up here, not realizing this is the original Ocean Park Pizza. I have never been, but my friend had been here on numerous occasions, not realizing this is the origin. Anywho, the atmosphere, is cozy and inviting. 3rd generation family, it's rare to see, as most businesses fail onto the 2nd generation. What an inviting atmosphere, I am sure the hostess thought we were nuts, as we were telling them the backstory on our experience. Thank you, for putting up with us. Lol. When you walk on there is a buffet style dining room to the left and a wrap around bar style with attached bar stools. Oak chairs and tables Sections throughout the pub, TV's perfectly placed. I like the A-frame Chateau style Pub. We were escorted to a section where there are big bay windows and separated tables in 4 sections and a gas fireplace with long cushions acting as chairs, table is very comfortable, Whistler style. I like the history behind the pub and our server was extremely professional and courteous and helpful and can tell you all about the pubs history, it's very fascinating, just ask. The bathrooms are very clean and contactless paper towels and faucets. Big mirrors and full length mirror and 3 washroom stalls. Clean and tidy. $$$ Plenty of parking behind the pub Busy on weekends Fantastic pizza, regular half and half and delicious. Prompt service. We went weekday and it was a steady stream of people. Check website for hours. I cannot wait to go back. Friendly owners. A very extensive menu and they also offer Buffet/ Brunch/ Dinner/ Lunch/ alcohol/

Honestly, I'm very confused by these reviews. We've eaten here 3 times, and ordered pizza for delivery, and every time it's been terrible, just terrible! We keep "giving it another shot" because we keep hearing how amazing it is. It is in fact overpriced and TERRIBLE. Is everyone in love with it because there is simply no other option? SO confused! Firstly, what restaurant in 2022 has ZERO gluten-free options? The food: Beef dip - stale bread, over-cooked cheap meat, flavourless dip- gross. The crunchy chicken sandwich, looks like a Sysco truck threw up a frozen chicken cutlet on a bland bun - flavourless and gross. Caesar salad - tasted like wet-lettuce with a couple slices of flavourless cheese thrown on it - gross gross. The Sheppards pie is obviously overheated from frozen and after requesting a GF option, is served with garlic toast - that's a law suit waiting to happen. The pizza. Oh my. The pizza we kept hearing was incredible - overly sauced, with a half an inch of some nameless figured I couldn't use "flavourless" again in this review white cheese on it. Because the cheese is put on top of the pepperoni the only good ingredient in the meal and the reason this is a two-star review instead of a one-star review means the toppings are independent of the pizza base rookie mistake and slide off the base. The Calamari is the worst I've had ever! Imagine slicing chunks of rubber off your car tire - deep frying them and throwing some raw onion on the plate - that's a pretty accurate description. I just figured out why they spell it "Kalamari" because it must be some rubber calamari substitute. The service is... well... worthy of zero tip if such a thing was culturally acceptable. Did I mention prices are about 20-40% higher than other restaurants in the area? Like I said, we keep trying this place because we WANT to like it. We live a block away and I'd LOVE nothing more than to have a great I'd take "decent" even pub/restaurant around the corner, alas, this is NOT it. I keep reading all these other reviews, and I'm wondering: what do we keep missing? It's just awful here. Yet it's always busy. We can't quite figure it out. It's a head scratcher.

There is a lot of outdoor seating here so it right now it's a good place to go to sit down for food or drinks. Club sandwich and Greek chicken sandwich were both really great. Chicken was well seasoned, lots of flavor.

Very good service! We ordered pickup we est here alot and there was a mishap with our order but the manager nico brought me a complimentary drink as I waited and was insistent on sending us home with desert incredible customer service as well as a ryan one of the servers helped bring the food to my car! incredible food that stands up as takeout or in the beautiful restaurant! Some of the best pizza and pasta I've had!

The best fish and chips ever! Beats anything at Crescent Beach! Light crispy batter, succulent cod, tasty fries. I’m ordering it again next week!

Good food and great service. We had the calamari, dinner, baked lasagna and a small pepperoni pizza. It was all delicious.Food: 5/5

If your craving pizza and pasta this is the spot. Family run restaurant with several generations working through all tiers of the restaurant. The owner are proud of what they have accomplished here and it shows in the service and the quality of food. We came as a group of 5 and ordered a variety of dishes so we could sample everything. Upon entering you have the choice of the dining room side or the bar side and we chose the dining room side. Food was promptly delivered after our orders were placed. Amongst our party we had Zesty Italian Pizza, nachos, lamb shank, baked tortellini and beef dip. Zesty Italian: Topped with spicy Italian sausage, pepperoni, onions, and green peppers. Had a nice crunch to the crust, nice balance of crust to topping ratio. Nachos: Tri color chips topped with your traditional toppings. Portions were large, toppings were well layered and baked just right, cheese was melted with a slight crunch. Baked tortellini: Chose it with the meat sauce, great flavor and plentiful amount of sauce and cheese. Served with side of salsa and sour cream. Beef dip: made daily in house, thinly Sliced roast beef with jus and fries. I can't comment on the lamb shank as I did not try it due to a food allergy.
