The Old Spaghetti Factory

Gosh! I tell you their spaghetti is awesome. I don’t take a picture of my food but, because I was so starving that evening so, I forgot to take some pictures. Everything was absolutely delicious and amazing supper. Their warm bread with whipped garlic butter were top notch! Keep asking them to refill and they bring it up on the table. Always make reservation before otherwise you will be waiting for a long time to get your table. And because they are busy, just be patience and be kind to the waitress. They serve you really well.

It’s Royal Victoria Marathon tomorrow and it was massive line up in front of the restaurant. They told us 2 hours wait at 6.30pm. We end up leaving but we called back around 7 since we didn’t find any thing else that would be good the night before our marathon. They actually told us we can come back. By the time we came back we were seated and served. Great service ! I was impressed

Still a fun experience especially with the everything is included aspect of the meal. Judging by thr crowd and people waiting, it's definitely got its fans. The food is as expected, not that bad, but not stellar, everyone should be able to find something they like there.

Food was really good. Service was attentive, knowledgeable, welcoming. Prices are great and everything-included makes it easy to budget for 4-or-more. Personnel were great from host to server; seem like they worked well as a team during a busy, busy visit. On a sunny mid-afternoon I walked in as a single guest. I got taken ahead of walk-in groups of 3+ and large group reservations. I got visit. Not 'fine dining' but fine enough for me! Service and customer attention: top-notch 5/5!

Love this cozy warm restaurant with family friendly vibe. The “all included” can allow you have a nice sourdough bread to start your meal, salad or soup, and some tasty ice cream. Can’t wait to try other pastas next time!

Great service and food was delicious. We sat inside by the patio so we got a really nice breeze. My daughter said the noodles were on the harder side but I was ok with it.

I would actually give this a 4.5 if I could. They have a really good deal with the “all included” service. You get an appetizer, bread and butter, entree, dessert, and tea or coffee all for a pretty good price. The only loss for me would be that that my entree tortellini was a bit lacking in flavor and underwhelming. The server seemed to be in a bad mood but she was still very polite and did her best. The lasagna was very good along with the ice cream and soup. Would definitely go back if I’m in the mood for Italian.

Was there at this place in Victoria in Oct 2022. Being for the first time, it was a pleasant experience. Was with family for dinner and we ordered vegetarian. There was a kids menu as well! On top of that , that has the “all inclusive” order which included salad + ice cream. Overall a nice experience for a first time! Would def recommend this location

Server was super on point. Attentive but not overbearing with great timing when checking on us. He made sure to get me or my wife's eye whenever our kids asked for something while still allowing them to order and ask for themselves when it was their turns. Food and appies were great and made in great time. All in all we had a great dinner out at this location.

I loved this place! After a tour in the Royal BC museum, we decided to have a lunch here. The 100-year story behind this building was so lovely. The restaurant gets pretty busy during lunch time. But, the staff were super friendly and served the food pretty fast. Indeed, we asked them for a bit faster service as we were in a rush. They served us all courses including the coffee, ice cream, and soup in less than 45 minutes! Fantastic! The quality of food was fairly good, too.
