My husband and I recently had to renew our mortgage, and due to some unexpected issues it became much more complex and challenging. We were actually very concerned that our original lender might back out. John completely went to bat for us and did way more than just due diligence, but went above and beyond to ensure that we still got the best deal possible under the circumstances. He never judged us or made us feel bad for the situation we were in, but treated us with the utmost respect. We never felt like a number, and actually felt like we had someone on our side. John worked incredibly hard on our behalf, and not only ensured that we had a mortgage, but more importantly, have our home. We are so grateful and appreciative of everything John did for us, I have told all our family and friends, and would HIGHLY recommend John Greenlee at the Mortgage Centre to anyone who is dealing with any mortgage issue. He made it happen with the rate and structure that we originally discussed despite many side ways events popping up. He made sure the deal met my needs and unique situation, not just the lenders.
