4 yrs ago, I was in debt really bad due to a separation that was costly, I maxed all my credit, I was sinking very fast with no solution in mind. Until one day I saw a commercial from BDO, I was a skeptical but went and saw them anyway, due to my job that I currently have they did the math for me and I was amazed at there offer to help me, it was actually to easy, I went from making minimum payments of 1.000 dollars just on one credit card to only making one payment of 350 a month, the stress in my life disappeared instantly I could breath again, 4yrs later my payments are almost done I have recently applied for one credit card and was accepted. I am a new man and have learned how to manage my money and save money much better, thank you BDO you saved my life.
I primarily dealt with Rebecca and Sandra from BDO in Northumberland. Both are awesome. Sandra, in particular made the entire process of bankruptcy from start to finish relatively easy. I was even late getting my tax documentation to her after my bankruptcy was discharged and she handled everything professionally and didn't give me any grief. You can't go wrong with BDO. Their business is helping people with the bankruptcy process, and there's no scamming or trickery from this company; though I've heard there's an industry of scammers out there. BDO is always responsive and quick to help with any questions. Hopefully I never have to use them again, but I only mean that in a tongue and cheek sorta way!
Word of mouth is paramount in business. Cobourg is a small place. I would not recommend this business to my friends or enemies. Very poor service and I was allegedly told that I was lying to them. Turned out they were the ones lying as to filing with the government. Charges were inflated by more than 1000, yes, 1000 percent after a verbal agreement. Never experienced such poor service in the tax industry. Be aware.
I was very stressed with trying to make payments, thanks to my local BDO team I am stress free, they were very helpful and supportive. I highly recommend BDO
