The McHenry Dentist

Not bad for a Strip Mall dentist, but the prices need to go down a bit... I mean WHY go to a strip mall dentist if I am going to pay even higher prices than any regular office in the area? That would be like going to the Walmart across the street there and pay more than I pay at Macy's. Gabby keeps this place running though, so at least get your discount 10-20% depending on how big of a procedure... Or else I am switching dentist.. ;)

👎....not a good experience. Office personnel are incompetent. I was told that the work the Dds had to perform was covered by my insurance. However, they want you to pay in full before you get the dental work done. Billing was a nightmare. My insurance denied the work done because it was billed to the wrong Dds and then because the office did not get preauthorization. Now the work was not finished and I owe a ton of money..and I would of not chosen to get the work done if in fact it was not covered by my insurance. # be truth-full with your patients...

Gabby the office manager, called me the day of my appointment to tell me I had a co-payment and order to be seen I had to pay. I told her I didn't have any money. Couple weeks later I receive a $25 appointment cancellation fee that if not paid will start recurring interest. I contacted the office and ask her why would I have a fee when you called the day of and told me I had a copay. This place is fishy and is very hard up for money. I wrote this review twice because they deleted my full review.

Young kids learning dentisry on your teeth and your dime! Go to one of the old docs instead or at least ask for DISCOUNTS... You will need them with their fees.

Great office! Accepts medicaid and badger care patients, very friendly and inviting staff. The office hours are awesome, always able to accommodate a busy work/school schedule. Would definitely recommend this office for an easy dental experience.
