Bull Valley Dentistry

This facility is nice and neat. The hygienist Randy is outstanding! She is sweet and caring. I recommend everyone and anyone to have a dental cleaning by her she is very informative! Dr Dano is by far the best Dentist I have ever seen he tells you things how it is. I know alot of people might not like that but its always hard to please everyone. I just want to let him know that i enjoy my visits at Bull Valley Dentistry. From the time I check inn to the time I check out I am blown away by the service I receive by all staff members the reception girl Liz is a sweet pea and will help you with any insurance questions. Hungry for your cash. Doesn't care if they charge other family members that also go to them. (Have a threatening voicemail from them on said family members phone.) Doesn't care if you have a medical condition that you need bed rest for, will harass you, and your family until you're riped out of bed for payment, even if they were notified of said condition and given a time where you would be able to pay. Will say that you were rude and even physically threatening them when no such turn of events even came close to happening. Will refuse your Right to Inspect and Copy any agreements and/or contracts. Yeah, I still haven't been allowed to look at the very thing I signed. Do not go here. They do not care about you, or your family. Ask other dentists offices, they will not have good things to say about here. Every place I've gone to since has said that they're not surprised by their behavior when I explain my situation.

Hygienist did a great job, was ready on time, was efficient, and provided helpful advice on improving my oral care. Dr. Dano was prompt and thorough and as friendly as the hygienist. All in all, a great visit.

Lady at the desk was rude. Said that she told me before they didn't carry my insurance, no what they told me is they didn't have insurance on file. Got laid off at my job that's why I had no insurance last time and paid full price for my cracked front tooth. Fine but they should have enough courtesy to call people when the dentist is gone for medical, I wasted two trips going here.

He got a bad name for NO REASON. Just another dentist. Prices a bit high, but given that there is no good alternative, I went there and it went OK. Ask for discounts though!
