This place is deceptive & dishonest I would recommend going elsewhere . The billing department needs to get their act together before spitting out Illinois state laws you should Know them 😂 My experience with docs were great but when it came to them coughing up over a grand that I overpaid they lied thinking I would be ok with their answer! I paid 2500 for a procedure that was an emergency MetLife negotiated a fee of 1200 due to me being on a waiting period. Had I waited till April it would have been completely covered in fact my dental insurance said any oral surgery under my plan would be covered so for the billing lady I think her name is Michelle to tell me it was a service that would not be covered even after the waiting period which she tried to lie but I had her on conference call so others heard her statement I had my insurance get on the phone with her and she denied everything and then said well I'm getting different answeres from all different reps well Michelle you probably should know what your talking about before giving a patient info with that being said they r in network with MetLife and Illinois state law states Inam to get the negotiated fee that my insurance negotiated with you because it would be a covered service after the waiting period pretty sad MetLife has to step in to retrieve my overpayment when you could have just sent me the money I overpaid and seems you do this a lot after reading other reviews!i would stay far away from a deceptive practice! Not good Buisiness!

I should have left a review much sooner, but just lost track of time and forgot. I had my wisdom teeth removed with the Mchenry Dental specialists last spring in April. Specifically Dr. Sbigoli was my oral surgeon, and he along with the rest of the staff did a wonderful job! I truly could. It have asked for a better experience here. I have to give a shout out to the nurse anesthetist, Adam, I believe his name was, who also did a great job easing my mind before putting me under. I had a rough time after my surgery, because I ended up with a dry socket. Dr. Sbigoli took a call from me at 9pm on a Sunday night, instead of putting me through to whomever was in call at the time. He was so kind, and squeezed me in right away the next day to get medicated packing in my mouth right away to ease the pain. Even though I work in healthcare myself and am familiar with a lot of what they were doing, I was still a bit uneasy. They did a great job putting me at ease, and explaining everything to me. Even the receptionists were amazing while helping me out with some insurance issues. I can't say enough good things about the staff. Thank you for the great care!!

The dentist are very nice and the staff is just wonderful.

Everyone in the office was great. Everything was explained to me and I felt very comfortable with treatment. The staff gives a call to remind you of your appointment, a print out of what you owe, and called to follow-up after. Highly recommend anyone who needs a retreatment!
