The Lego Store

Janessy & Ryan were a huge help. We got treated really well as soon as we walked in. Ryan even offered to help us with our bags out to the car. Overall, it was a great experience and can’t wait to go back.

This place is always super busy with a queue outside, but it is worth the wait. The staff are very friendly and incredibly helpful. They stock a vast selection of differing price point projects... there is something for all tastes and interests, and some good deals to be unwrapped too.

The Lego store is a joy for adults and children alike. Team members here adapted seamlessly to our needs and we had so much fun! With COVID-19 policies in place, we had to wait in a short line up to get inside, only about 10 minutes. It was impressive how quickly they were moving people through while maintaining a personal experience and not rushing. Huge stock here, and we were pleasantly surprised to see a number of sets on sale. I can’t wait to come back and keep building my city.

The staff here is always incredible! Shout out to all of them! The selection is usually fantastic. Occasionally there will be popular sets that sell out quickly but you can check their inventory online before you go. And again shout out to the staff here for always being amazing!

Awesome selection and an incredibly friendly team. Beware of bringing your kids in here because they'll pester you like crazy to buy something. The space is reasonably spacious and doesn't feel as claustrophobic as most toy stores. They have a limit of guests allowed in at a time but they don't rush you or make you feel bad if you're taking your time enjoying the space. Go on. Go buy yourself some Lego. You know you want to.

First time at the Chinook store and 10/10 the entire team was so welcoming and friendly. Walking into a Lego store with two little kids can be intimidating but they made it very family friendly and fun. My little boy loves Spider-Man and it was very nice to see the team bringing over sets to show him and allowing him to make a decision when it came to his first official lego purchase. Thanks and will defiantly be coming back, good luck with the holidays !

Was in the Lego store yesterday to get a couple sets that had bonus points. Was instructed to break the purchase up from the teller to get the points correctly, and I mentioned I was concerned about the free gifts. Was told not to worry, a manager can over ride them. When the transaction was done and the manager came to override was not given the promo, as it had to be all on one transaction . Explained what happened, and manager would not allow. I asked to refund everything and then put it on one transaction , I was then told I would Loose all my pointsthe reason I came into the store instead of ordering online. Manager was no help, and extremely rude, also rude to the employee that made the error! Called customer service and they fixed the issue, gave the promo as they said the manager should have just done it on the store. EXTREMLY disappointed with the manager of the Lego store calgary!

Owner was rude and they had nothing I was looking for.I didn't really get much help with questions I had but maybe if I had my wallet in my hand I might have gotten a bit more respect.the other employees had no clue what to say either it seemed like they were scared to answer any questions just referred me to ask the owner. I have a better time shopping at the brick bin on center st. They have a good selection of old and new Lego.

Came from Winnipeg thinking Calgary had to have a bigger/better lego store. Had to wait in line for maybe 20 minutes to get in, no problem, the mall was busy. However it had an underwhelming selection, the store seemed small and cramped and there was no build a mini figure section! Maybe it just wasn’t set up while I was there… disappointing because that was the only reason I wanted to go lol

Love the LEGO store. I have grown up with LEGO all my life and have always enjoyed building and playing with LEGO. This store is clean and well lit. The staff is friendly and attentive and helpful. Both adults and kids are found here drooling over the latest set that LEGO has produced. The only thing that I can say is that one might think the toy is pricey and I think so but the product is of the highest quality and there only LEGO no other similar toy compares. I have several set that I have purchased over the years and have always enjoyed building and playing with them.
