Today, we went to the Marda Gras and stumbled upon this nice shop with great friendly staff. The lady at the front window welcomed us and made a great impression such that we went into the store to find another equally nice lady at the counter, who advised us on the toys we were looking at and also gave us great recommendations. On top of that, she made our shopping experience a great joy and we are really happy we visited this shop. We will definitely come back again and would recommend it to everyone. And if the ladies are reading this review, thank you for the great customer service - my wife and sons are delighted by your hospitality.
Oh I just love this gem of a book/toy store so much!!! Where do I even begin... The store itself is so warm and cozy, it's a very inviting atmosphere. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this lovely kid's book and toy store. I can't wait to visit again soon
I absolutely love this children store. The toys and games are eco-friendly and unique. The store owner is also lovely and has great suggestions.
Awful service - which is surprising since that's the point of supporting small business - personal touch. The woman being trained in the shop was warm and helpful, no complaints there. Even though my kids are a bit older and I was struggling to find something with their small selection, she and I went on the hunt. The coworker training her was rude, with snarky comments to her sweet colleague and I; and ranting about her work schedule, even scoffing at my choice! weirdo. Very unfortunate for such a lovely little shop.
Great store. Great selection and the person working there was great help. They were opened on Xmas Eve and the nice lady helped me pick a few books for my neices and nephew. I'll definitely be back.. Not sure why people say it's "expensive".. the prices of the books are printed on the book.. they don't adjust the prices.
Normally love this place, but after going on Saturday with a very impatient 3 year old right when your website hours say you open at 10, to see 11am on your door, come back an hour later for you to still not be open and have to manage full tantrum is not fair- please update your website hours and door signage for when you actually do open which is for now a mystery.
Specialty kids books and toys. Very nice looking shop and very clean and organized. I don’t have much experience in buying these kind of things but overall I would say high quality and expensive. Nice staff and very helpful.
My mom used to take me to here after I went to the dentist same building and she'd let me get one new animal figurine to play with. Awesome store with a ton of memories!
Exceptionally friendly staff who are knowledgeable about the cute toys that you'd like to buy. A great experience and our niece is very happy with her toys.
Neatly displayed, clean and bright premises. The prices reflect the location. The choices are limited, also due to space, but for what it is in the area, pretty good option.
