Always makes me happy to walk in this store! Very clean and well stocked. Staff is helpful and available but not pushy. They allow kids to roam and have fun. Expensive but very well made and worth the money. Love the castle with the mirrors! Also the movie screen. So many beautiful details in the Disney store.
Is there ever a bad Disney store? If there is, we haven't found one yet. This Disney store is like all the ones that we have visited before. It's full of awesome products and given how much IP Disney has bought up, almost all your heavyweight brands are here. Yes, there are pricier items, but usually the quality is much nicer. Definitely worth shopping here especially if you have kids.. Or a kid at heart!
As a child I never had the opportunity to understand the magic of Disney. It is through my son's eyes that we experience a glimpse of the wonderment of Disney at this store. The people working there are beyond kind and caring. They are very good to my son when he comes in and are so patient and understanding. Thank you very much ladies. We appreciate you and our little piece of the magic of Disney and joy you give us
I love this store! It has items from all my favorite Disney movies which is awesome! They also have stuff for adults like clothing or cups of the characters which I love. Prices are fair for the items and staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, they are always around the store to help you if you need help, but they also keep their distance to let you comfortably look at the items without feeling pressured unlike other stores which is really nice!
My kids and I have gone here a few times and naturally my kids love it! And I also fall into a nostalgic feeling from my own childhood. The staff and company do their best to present that "magic" feeling and it's pleasant. The one thing I must say is it's nice to purchase and own authentic Disney store merchandise but they are a bit pricey, which is why I have a 4 rating. Maybe offering more diverse sales or bundles might be an idea. They do have sales around holidays, which is when you want to check them out, at least in my opinion.
The staff here are so kind, compassionate and amazing Walt Disney would be proud to have this wonderful group as representatives for his products! They really went the extra mile to make my elderly mom feel special for her Birthday! No words could possibly be enough to express my gratitude to this amazing group of people, you guys rock!
I usually LOVE the Disney store. This trip was disappointing! Nothing for adults! Usually a great selection and much to choose from. Maybe I'll try the other store in our city.
Staff are happy, pleasant and knowledgeable. Store is very well merchandised and enjoyable. I was in a video call with my out of province cousin looking for something she wanted and staff were super helpful and talked to her directly to find what she wanted, so pleased!
Stopped in for a few kids gifts and left quite happy. The selection and quality of items in this store is amazing. I also find that prices are lower than in toys r us and even Walmart for some things. The price tags aggravate me with the lower US price displayed first but that's a minor inconvenience.
Love love love this store. My child loves this store. When you walk in it feels exactly like walking into a Disneyland store. The staff are always happy and the atmosphere is happy and friendly. Great selection and love their clearance selection too.
