We went twice this weekend, it was great. The staff are all exceptional, the store is clean, and this place is so much fun. We got all our birthday shopping done here with some build your own buckets and ppl sets. The staff really went above and beyond and made each visit this weekend truly magical.

We love this store. Great customer service. Areas to build and entertain your little ones (or yourself). New releases hit this store before many retail stores. Special VIP club earns points toward actual money you can spend on product.

Helpful, friendly and generally interested staff. Excellent atmosphere to bring your children. Definitely busy in there! Decent prices.

For a small store, there is SO much here! LEGO at every price range, gorgeous, colorful displays, a two different building stations, and a kiosk for kids to build mini figures. What more could we ask for?! The little ones love it, and so do our older kids. This employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and fast, and we will certainly be back! Thank you Washington Square Mall LEGO store!!!

Davey was so helpful. He needs to be store manager. He knows everything about products. Best help i have ever had here. Represents you well. He deserves a raise. If i ever i have another child i will name him after this man.
