The Law Office of John C. Valliere

I want to start off by saying he did not represent me, so I cannot review him on that. I understand he's a very busy man, but don't do a consultation if you don't have the time for it. Reschedule or have one of your legal assistants do it. I was very put off by his laissez faire attitude. Seemed like he could have cared less if I hired him or not, which was very disappointing. I'm going through a difficult custody case/separation and I'm looking for the best representation, no matter what the cost. He was very clear about the $3,500 retainer and $350 an hour rate, which would not have been a problem, but I'm not going to hire someone who doesn't seem to want the business.

John was my attorney for my divorce case. He was absolutely the BEST lawyer anyone could ever hope to have. He helped me get thru this nasty divorce process, which involved children and abuse, that lasted almost 2 years. My now ex had filed more than 20 motions against me and John never backed down. He is a fighter for what's right and fair. He provided me with answers to my many questions I had. He never got frustrated if I asked the question a number of times and he had to repeat the answer or try to explain it a different way. John is exceptionally professional. I will always be thankful for John and how he helped me thru this difficult time. He is extremely knowledgeable. I will always recommend John to anyone and everyone. John will fight for you no matter how difficult the case becomes. John is reliable, attentive and understanding.

John was my sister’s attorney during a very volatile, messy divorce, which involved 3 young children and abuse. My now ex brother-in-law dragged the case out for almost two years, filing over 25 motions to try to keep my sister locked up in litigation. John never waivered. He was a tremendous attorney who provided guidance and support to my sister when she needed it most. He ended up having to go to trial, and after a blistering cross-examination of my sister’s ex, they decided to finally - FINALLY- settle. I believe it was because they were afraid of the next day’s planned testimonies after how damaging their first day was to their case. I cannot thank him enough. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Worst attorney I've ever seen. I don't state that lightly. He was appointed by the court. For 2 1/2 months he never returned any of my calls or emails. I've had nothing but headaches dealing with him. He has caused me many sleepless nights. And he was supposed to be on my side. I've never seen a more incompetent attorney. He has made my life a living hell. I would never recommend him for any legal issue ever. He has no compassion for his fellow human beings. I lost hundreds of thousands of dollars because of his incompetence.

John was appointed by probate court to represent the Remaining family members. He was professional In spite of dysfunction. He was compassionate and understanding to our emotional loss. He represented each family member with honesty and integrity. 5 stars!

John was great! After a five plus year battle on my own, he came through!. So greatful for his service and now I have my son. Life couldn’t be better.

Attorney Valliere was a tremendous help to me. Knowledgeable and well informed. He's a good man who truly cares about helping those in need.
