Bert Polito is extraordinarily professional and compassionate. He helped me and my husband work through the aftermath of a car accident that left me with a traumatic brain injury 5 years ago. Without his competent legal work on our behalf, the insurance company for the at-fault truck driver would have paid us almost nothing. Attorney Polito helped me with a very unique case, that other attorneys did not want to take on. My case took over seven years and Polito never once gave up hope. If it wasn't for Polito I truly believe I would have not gotten the outcome that I did from any other attorney. I would highly recommend him to anyone that need help with a personal injury.

I worked with Attorney Polito following an injury I suffered in July 2013, and I cannot compliment him highly enough on the professional and compassionate approach he took to successfully resolving my case. I was reluctant to engage a lawyer however Mr. Polito dispelled my concerns during our first meeting. He took a personal interest in ensuring my case was dealt with fairly and as quickly as possible. Mr. Polito's office were always responsive to my questions and a pleasure to work with. Whilst I wish the accident I was involved in had never occurred, Mr. Polito took the time to ensure the process of settling the claim afterwards was far less traumatic than the event itself, and based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending Polito & Associates.
