The legal advice and services were terrific. Everything was explained in great detail and work was completed without any delays. I now understand how trusts and will relate to taxes and heirs! The staff and counselors were extremely sensitive to some delicate personal issues - the kinds of issues that required their patience and understanding in the course of conducting legal business. I highly recommend this firm.

Everyone at Cipparone and Zaccaro was highly knowledgable, professional, supportive, and responsive every step of the way as they helped us to set up wills, trusts, and ultimately settle both of our parents' estates. At a time in our lives when we were emotionally vulnerable, Joe Cipparone and paralegal Debbie Ruttkamp guided us through a complex and difficult time with expertise, sensitivity, and humor. They clarified elder law intricacies and countless associated procedures a hundred times, all with such grace and transparency. Whenever possible, Joe counseled us on where we could save money when we contacted the office, in order to preserve our parents funds to help them achieve their long-term goals to get the best possible care. I know there may be bigger firms in southeastern Connecticut, but you won't find a BETTER firm to handle this time in your lives for those you love. Joe is a highly skilled lawyer and a real mensch. I have had Joe do two wills for me. He is meticulous, careful, thoughtful and thorough. Additionally, he is a real gentleman, explains things clearly and patiently. He is prompt and timely, which I understand is not the usual practice. I couldn't have a higher opinion of him as a person and as a lawyer. And as a by-the-way: my husband is a lawyer. He is always impressed with Joe's work and says he is a "lawyer's lawyer".

We can't say enough about the professionalism exercised by Attorney Cipparone and his staff. We were dreading having to make difficult decisions about our estate plan, but Attorney Cipparone's expert guidance and sensitivity made the process much easier than we anticipated.
