The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Park Royal

It was my first visit to Keg!! Staffs are so kind.. I had so many questions about the menu and she answered with beautiful smile. Steak was tasty and I love the garlic mashed potato. I was so full after finishing only half of the steak. The complimentary bread was so warm and I liked the whipped buttermoderately salty and soft. So I had another bread : I will visit again with my loving ones!!!!

Had a birthday dinner reso for my grandma’s birthday. Got seated and had to flag down 2 staff members for a server to greet our table. We waited 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge our table. I get that they were busy, but then even the service did not meet expectations. One steak was cold, and my steak was dry. Server did not check in after food got to our table, and I had to ask another server to grab our server- for a steak that wasn’t cooked to liking. We just wanted to have a good meal and good service and left underwhelmed and dissatisfied. I recommend going to the Burnaby location, as they are more consistent with service and more attentive.

Probably the best value for money choice for having prime rib in town. Well known for exceptionally good service. The place is not too packed so a good vibe for an enjoyable dinner with the family.Food: 5/5

Every plate was served hot and fresh by our nice and kind server. They split my kid's order for my children. They also slipt my rib steak into 2 plates served with vegetables. Salmon was cooked perfectly. Steak was tender and juicy. The only disappointment for me was the salads. The wedge iceberg blue cheese salad and the ceasar salad were smaller than I remember - I didn't take a pic but the size was inconsistent. I ordered in burnaby stillcreek location and the size was close to 1/4 of a iceberg lettuce. The one I got from Park Royal was 1/6 and less blue cheese.

This is always a favourite spot. There is adequate free parking at Park Royal South. Inside you are greeted straight away. We sat in the bar, which is louder than the restaurant with TVs showing sport. Steak is pretty much the main option but fish, vegetarian and vegan plates are on the menu, but with less choice. Prices have risen alot so you are looking around $40+ for steak. The Keg burger is an alternative, as is the salmon with garlic mash. If it's a special occasion they like a birthday they offer a free desert. Good selection of beer and wine. Service is friendly but a bit slow at peak times.

Good food! Relatively fast to come if you have dinner earlier. Server was sweet and discounted the dessert since we were on our anniversary. Definitely recommend you try the Billy Miner Pie which is an ice cream cake. Prime rib was smooth, rich and flavourful and their garlic mashed potatoes were absolutely delicious especially with the side of deep fried garlic flakes.

Excellent as always. Very professional and patient with our 2 very young children. Excellent Covid-19 precautions. Friendly staff. Clean restaurant and good music as well. Their twiced baked potatoes are actually super super flavorful and the texture is so fun C!! We ordered the filet mignon photo 1+2, sirloin photo 3, and the Billy photo 4. The filet mignon is wrapped in bacon to add flavor and fat, but I found the smell of bacon a bit too much, especially if you got the twiced baked potatoes on the side. The sirloin was yummy, especially because I enjoy the meaty smell and texture. I got the gnocchi vegetable medley on the side for that and didn't think it was worth adding the 3dollars low-key. The BILLLYYYY is a huge mocha cake slice that reminded us of coffee flavored KitKat. So yes, it was good. All in all, I think the Keg provides what you would expect from a steakhouse in terms of service, ambience, and food. Probably more of a once in 2 years visit kind of experience .

Very nice place with good service and good food, only one thing my meat was a little burned. I liked the rest...

The appetizer and main dish was awesome, the quality of food and design was excellent. But the service was somehow inaccurate. Overall was a great experience
