I absolutely love Cactus Clubs happy hour!! They're truffle fries are just so yummy. I tend to order the stacked tuna and calamari, which are both really tasty. The lettuce wraps and on point also. 😊 Good service and good food... Can't really go wrong.

I was recently in North Van for a weekend getaway with friends and we stopped in at Cactus for Happy Hour. My expectations weren't set too high because I know from other locations that the staff can come across as a bit cliquey at times... However, this was not even close to the case at this location! We sat at the bar, and the bartender was a younger girl named Gabbie. The whole time she was so personable and friendly - it felt like we were hanging out with a friend. Great sense of humour and great service, Gabbie really made us feel welcome and made killer drinks. This was the best Cactus experience I've had and I would definitely come back.

One of the more cozy cactus club locations. It's in a convenient spot too! Food is good and staff are nice. There's this one server who always has jokes up his sleeve, he is delightful.

So I'm going to go on a little rant because this was THE BEST customer service experience I've had in a long time, and The Cactus Club is not normally somewhere I would go to eat. My boyfriend and I went for lunch on Sunday and were greeted by the hostess with a warm smile, and taken promptly to our table. Now where my rant starts and finishes is with our server, Danika. She is super bubbly, friendly, and looked genuinely happy to be working there. She made sure we were looked after, checking in with us every 7-10 minutes, and since I was having coffee this was much appreciated! Right before our food arrived we started to notice a bit of a draft so we asked to move tables, and Danika was more than happy to accommodate this move us elsewhere, she even offered to clear off a dirty table! I told her this wasn't necessary and we had a good chuckle- she was just super easy to interact with and I didn't feel like a bother when I asked for a million things. Even when a slushee drink spilt all over the poor girl she laughed it off and kept of going!! A super trooper!!! Danika is an absolutely impeccable employee; a true ASSET to this location. Give this girl a darn raise! :P

Such a lovely experience at Cactus Club Pemberton - food was fresh and delicious. Joe was an excellent server (as always) providing timely, humorous and welcoming hospitality. Definitely a top go-to for social house vibes and great food & drink.
