Obviously Cactus Club is a well-known chain with plenty of locations, but this one feels special. It’s the original, and it has its own quirks and character that make it stand out. There’s a cozy, familiar vibe here that keeps me coming back.nnThe food is consistently good — you know what you’re going to get, and they deliver it well every time. Service is friendly and reliable, which makes the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Pair that with the atmosphere of this “OG” spot, and it feels a little more personal than some of the newer, shinier locations.nnIt might not be the flashiest, but it has charm, consistency, and great energy. Always a solid choice.
We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Simon during our recent family dinner at Cactus Club, and we truly can’t say enough good things about him.nnFrom the moment we sat down, Simon made us feel completely welcome. He was warm, funny, and incredibly attentive — the kind of server who makes you feel like you’re the only table in the room in the best way possible. His energy and humor had the whole family smiling, especially the kids.nnWe happened to mention we were flying home soon, and the kids were really excited — and Simon didn’t miss a beat. He brought a special warmth to the evening and even went the extra mile by adding a sweet message about the trip in the cheesecake dessert. That small, thoughtful touch made the kids absolutely light up — and honestly, it meant a lot to us, too!nnSimon is everything great service should be! Thank you so much!
Great experience at Cactus ClubnI’ve been a few times but this location had something special, all the staff were above and beyond exceptional. The cherry on top was our wonderful waiter Joe, he went above and beyond on many occasions and told us about his favorite spots to visit nearby.
My experience at Cactus Restaurant was absolutely delightful. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the staff were very kind and professional. The service was excellent, and the environment added a special touch to the meal. The food quality was fantastic as well. The only point I’d mention is that our meal was a bit too spicy , but overall everything was great. A big thank you to the Cactus Restaurant team for the warm hospitality and excellent service. I’ll definitely be back!
I have been going to this Cactus Club for years. The staff are always amazing. Unfortunately the food is not anymore. I ordered the bbq chicken club and the chicken was thinner than the slice of tomato. I had the fish taco’s another time and it was basically batter and hardly any fish. We didn’t bother with more drinks or dessert - we just left after our meal. I am so disappointed.
