Excellent service, delicious appies, dinner, & dessert. It’s so refreshing to go somewhere, especially for a birthday, and it turns out perfect. Our server was very attentive and provided top notch friendly service. If I could give 10 stars I would. Will definitely be back — I’m already craving the baked garlic shrimp!

The food is top notch but only topped by the great service. I have always thought the keg is a little dark but is very comfortable. The bred and butter, the garlic baked shrimp the prime rib oh my haha. It's one of our go to spots always.

Quite consistently this location of the Keg delivers and fixes any issues that may arise. We last dined this week for our anniversary and had a few mishaps wax on forks, mashed potatoes sloppy and without flavour, dull steak knife however our server Holden was very good at rectifying all issues quickly. My mashed potatoes got subbed for a twice baked which was great and the cutlery got fixed. On a previous visit, when we booked a reservation with OpenTable, no one read my notes for the reservation which was disappointing, I had to bring it up with our server. When we reserve we ask for a quiter spot as this Keg can get loud in some areas. Washrooms are very clean and serviced. Pretty happy overall with this location of the Keg and looking forward to coming back again soon!

The fall off of The Keg needs to be studied. We came in on a Thursday night, nowhere near being packed. The service was great, our waiter was incredibly accommodating and there were plenty of drink options to appease everyone, however the food and wait was terrible. The bread wasn’t baked through, yeasty tasting. The Escargot was the highlight as an appetizer but it went all downhill from there. Waited over 40 minutes for entrees and they were tasteless. The veggies weren’t seasoned, carrots were hard as diamonds, garlic mash had no garlic and had a glue like consistency to it, definitely not how they used to do it. I know some places have a hard time with rare steak but it was cold to the touch and was mostly fat. The lobster was rubbery and overcooked, and the other was undercooked and almost slimey. The real kicker is that sometimes you can live with having an underwhelming experience or an off-night at a place you’ve trusted in the past, however at this price point it isn’t acceptable. Get it together.
