The Keg

Enjoyed a nice dinner at this location tonight with my boyfriend. I ordered a meal that I expected to be a little bit different than what I had received. When we finished our meal the waitress returned to the table and asked if I had disliked it and I explained that it just wasn't what I had expected. Thinking nothing of it and just giving a little bit of feed back we had the manager approach our table and apologize that I didn't enjoy my meal. He then told us that he was removing my meal from our bill. It was very unexpected but a very nice gesture. The waitress was fabulous and constantly checked in on us. This location is an amazing place to have dinner and they always have quality service. Definitely recommend this location if you are looking for an enjoyable night out

Best meal of our life! We went for a rare getaway and so glad we went to the keg! had steak and lobster meal and we dream of it often! AMAZING! Service was excellent and knowledgeable! We had the best lime mojito that we have ever had! We can't wait to come back and often are tempted to drive back even though we live 3 hours away!

Immensely always enjoyed this establishment in Oshawa. On January 1rst, 2018, as requested by my husband, we were a party of 8, including myself, suggested to celebrate his 51 years old daughter's birthday at the Keg. My husband along with his adult children, complained throughout the entire event, none stop. Out of embarrassment, I wanted to walk out. There is just no pleasing these people. I personally approached the server and gave her my sincere apologies on their behalf. She was so courteous and understanding. All beverages and meals were done to perfection without a doubt. Service was impeccable as always. Unfortunately, selected people with money, can lose their integrity and become very condescending. I will most definitely return, as I have many times, but solo and enjoy this place of business as usual. GREAT JOB!

We were seated as a couple.. in a room with 3 large parties. We couldnt hear each other over the loud conversations. The pricing has drastically increased since we were last here. Steak and lobster 46 bucks. Outrageous! Our meals were good.

The salad and the appetizers came at the same time. The server never removed the menus or the empty wine glasses we never used until we asked her to. The table was for ,2 and was jammed so not much room. The food was good so it turned out fine.
