The Keep Restaurant

Wonderful. Was fortunate to be part of a group celebrating a birthday. The only "clanger" (strictly my opinion) was the salad presentation. Overly-large pieces of vegetation; the spinach salad was whole leaves with the long stems left on. Also, the dressing & topping was on the bottom of the plate with the spinach piled on top. Mains were INCREDIBLE. A very good choice indeed for a special occasion. Killer view from the front-entrance deck. 😃

Really poor service. We brought business partners from Chicago and we were really deceived by the service and the food. They brought slices of bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Really? Who does that anymore! The brie was a small slob of melted cheese. One out of the main 7 plates did not get the ordered vegetables. They finally arrived when everyone was done. The waitress blamed it on the chef. Shameless. She is the one who brought the plates. She should have seen it in the first place. Then we waited well over 20 minutes after she brought the bill, for her to pick up the credit card. We finally decided to go to the cashier to find out that she was way too busy talking about her family with another waitress. Really The Keep was subpar! I gave a 3 star for the view!

A really wonderful experience. Fast and friendly service and a great meal. They offered schnitzel as an appetizer which was a first for us and it was quite tasty. Our first dinner there and we will be back!

The Keep is our favorite restaurant in Missoula, we just hosted our Company Christmas Party in the basement and the food was delicious! They also have the best staff! Would highly recommend for a casual dinner or a company event.

A quaint little mansion, tucked away in the southern hills of Missoula. Take a step towards the door and gaze apon the valley below. When the sun is hot and the nights are short, one can hear the faint whisper of a golf ball flying through the air. A step through the door, greeted by a familiar stranger. He leads you up a flight, and sets you an ellagant place, while you take in the wonders that flurry on the valley floor. Your nostrils fill with soothing sents as your stomach rumbles. Before you can say a word there it is, a glass of wine and a loaf of bread, inviting you deeper into the night.
