Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Decent food. Good service. Always too busy lol. The birthday song really cheapens your restaurant however. Would have rated higher if not for that. Like a fine aged wine served in a paper Dixie cup. Makes you look trashy. Hearing it 5 times a visit induces a headache.

Not worth an hour wait for an average gourmet style burger. No busboys, so the waitresses have to bus tables, which isn’t the job of a waitress, and doesn’t give them enough time to do their own work, (you shouldn’t have to wait for water). The iPad reservation book kicked my party off, which forced us from a “15 Minute wait” to a 30 Minute wait, the hostess was kind enough to explain happens a lot. The bathrooms are atrocious, water all over the sink counter and floor, again that’s the job of a busboy. There was food all over the floor. And can someone explain to me why a burger in a diner takes 15 minutes to make while it takes 30 minutes at Red Robin? Overall, not impressed with the atmosphere, staff quality or food.

Had one of their wraps (not sure which) and a cherry lime drink (cherry vodka, lime juice and sprite). Waitress was very sweet. Always love coming to Red Robin.

The food is very low quality. I am a mall employee and have YET to order without them messing something up or just plain ripping us off. Portions are too small. The pick 2 appetizers consisted of 3 little fried mushrooms and 3 cheese sticks...really!? Today I got the chicken tortilla soup and almost threw it up. The menu claims it has “hearty chicken and vegetables”; however, in my entire bowl, I found 2 tiny pieces of chicken. The “vegetables” were just a small amount of corn and black beans. Nothing else. I will never order from here again. Garbage food and garbage service. Also, if you ever order to-go, be aware that 15 minutes ALWAYS means 30.

The burgers are big and they are delicious. They can get pretty busy here so expect to wait 30 minutes or longer. It's not fun to wait especially when you have hungry kids. It's a family friendly place so it can be loud, which can be a problem for people expecting a quiet ambience. Overall, we loved our food and we would eat here again.
