This is an all you can eat Wok style Buffet. You get to create the bowl you're going to eat from their meat and vegetable options. You then apply sauces to flavor appropriately. Next you hand your bowl to the Cook, who stir-fries it up. The staff was very friendly and fairly helpful, until we paid the bill and then it was like we didn't exist. Once you pay your bill don't expect any additional water. The buffet is kept pretty clean, the dining area as well. While this may seem like a nice healthy option, you have to watch the sauces. The calories and sodium can really start to add up. The flip side of that is that if you don't use enough sauce everything tastes the same and in fact you start to get flavors from other people's dinners.

Anytime we are in town, we make it a point to visit HuHot! It's delicious, and for the price its definitely worth it. The kids always have a blast watching them cook, they love the fire.

Easy off the street parking. Nice atmosphere. Absolutely outstanding selection of food. You have no reason to complain about the food because you put all of the ingredients together yourself! I really love this place. It's my favorite in Missoula.

Use two bowls, one for meat and noodles, the other for vegetables. It is cleaner than most Mongolian style places and the staff is excellent. Pace yourself if you plan to return to the line for round two. Yes, it's that delicious!
