Great pizza and good staff! They're pretty down-to-earth in there; socializing and letting you know they're real people, while still making your pizza efficiently. But took off a star because they keep raising their prices a little. Not the stores fault, they did it as a chain. Also Im pretty sure their family size got smaller over the last two years. Again, I'm sure it's a chain decision.

We love your pizza but for the past 6 weeks we have had the misfortune of having them done incorrectly every time (no exaggeration). The first few times we had to drive back to the store from the south hills area, but the last 2 times we've caught it at the store. We've never been compensated or given a free pizza or coupon or had any acknowledgement..... All we want is to trust that we are going to get what we ordered. She did it again tonight Sunday must be her regular work day.... We are ready to go elsewhere.

They screwed up my topping substitute and there was very lite cheese (wasn't the kid's fault, they use portion cups). I won't be back.
