I can’t say enough about how amazing Julie and her team were in selling our home. We had moved out of our house and were living out of town when it was for sale and sold. Julie took care of EVERYTHING! She held our hands throughout the process and her knowledge, experience and strong negotiation skills got us top dollar. I can say with certainty that Julie is one of a kind! You won’t be disappointed.

We have a fair bit of experience with real estate agents having bought and sold seven houses.  They were not pleasant experiences with the exception of the Julie Kinnear team. 
We are retired professionals who did the big downsize sixteen months ago.  Julie was simply fantastic in the marketing and selling our large Parkdale home. It was a very structured, methodical process which helped balance the emotional side of selling.  The team was so respectful and professional.  Our home looked amazing and we were thrilled to get our price.  
The best part of the story however, is our condo purchase.  The day our house sale closed with all our belongings in storage, we got on a plane to Mexico with one way tickets and our cats.  We were homeless and free!!  And with complete trust in Julie and her team, we bought our condo sight unseen whilst sitting poolside with a beverage.  It was pretty bold—some say crazy.  But we had no reservations at all. Julie and Tyler had a really good sense of what we wanted and they got us our condo.
We recommend the Julie Kinnear team to friends and acquaintances all the time.  Seriously, don’t use anyone else.  You won’t be disappointed.

Holly Chandler helped us buy a house in 2008. As nervous first time home buyers she helped us navigate the process with such ease. 9 years later when we decided to relocate out of the city we didn't hesitate to call her back. She was such a pleasure to work with both times. She was professional and extremely personable with a fantastic sense of humour. Highly recommend Holly and the Julie Kinnear team!

Julie was a pleasure to deal with when we were selling our house and buying a new one a few years ago. She's highly knowledgeable, professional and helpful. She's also a fun person to deal with, which is a big plus with a potentially stressful experience like house buying! I'd definitely recommend Julie and her team.

Fantastic team to work with. You're part of their team and not just a buyer or a seller. They made the buying and selling of our home stress free.  And they are super fun to work with.
