Seamus was an absolute delight to work with. He was patient with me, a great listener to both my needs and wants, knowledgeable of the Toronto and Hamilton markets, a reasonable negotiator and always available for questions and support every step of the way. We have filed formal complaints to the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) and Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) against Seamus O'Neill for what we believe the evidence to abundantly show was his gross and unethical misconduct and malpractice concerning a property that was of extraordinary interest to us on the Bay Street Corridor two weeks ago. It is our staunch opinion and belief that the breadth and scope of his actions, we perceive, were contemptible, all which are meticulously noted in myriad evidentiary documentation submitted to aforementioned authoritative boards of council, that include but are not limited to sheer underhandedness, double-dealing and discriminatory tactics.
Incongruous to what we are supposed to expect in terms of ethical business practice from Century 21, over the course of negotiations with between our buyer representative and Seamus O'Neill, our considerable bid offer was ultimately rejected for a LATER and ***IDENTICAL*** submitted offer, leading to the regrettable conclusion that foul play was at stake. It is my subjective assertion that other members of the greater community might consider withholding their business from unethical real estate practitioners whose actions are not inconsistent with our allegations in this instance.
In any event, the proverbial wheels are in motion and we are wholly determined to see the matter and this individual brought forth before the real estate tribunal.
