I just finished selling a condo with Brendan and Mel and I could not be happier. This was the second time I’ve used them as my real estate agents. They work together along with their team, so really you’re getting a whole bunch of people helping you which was amazing. They provided step by step direction and guidance throughout the entire process. The best part of it - if I sent a text or an email it was answered right away, even at 10pm. I asked a lot of questions and they always took the time to answer them. The proof in all of this? Somehow they were able to produce 100+ showings in 7 days and 23 offers in one night. These two are worth every penny. No special offers or discounts were gained for writing this review, just a true account of how pleased I am.

Tyson is the real MVP. He has been supportive and professional every step of the way. Always punctual, knowledgable, and will be the first in responding to every single request we could possibly have. He really changed our perspective of our first home buying process - we thought it would be long, difficult, and frustrating, but he made it SO EASY. We absolutely could not have done it without him and his enthusiasm. We really appreciate his endless patience and dedication to ensuring we have the best experience possible. We were very pleased with the services rendered by Brendan and his team. They were able to list, stage, show and sell our condo with a very quick turn around time. The fact that they offered the staging service was incredibly useful and helped us get top dollar. Interactions were professional and Brendan took the time to ensure all of our requirements were met and questions answered throughout the entire process. We would definitely consult him again for our next home.

We could not have been happier with our buying experience - all thanks to Lisa and the BREL team! Lisa was there to walk us through the entire buying process in Toronto. We had the utmost confidence in the recommendations and strategy proposed by Lisa and the BREL team which made the entire process seamless and stress-free. My brother and I had the pleasure of working with Tyson to rent our property. From the beginning he was very helpful, knowledgeable and prompt. The whole process was very convenient and quick, taking less than 3 weeks to find, acquire and move in a tenant. Tyson was very patient and easy to get a hold of, which was great since this was a new process for us. If another opportunity presents, will definitely be seeking Tyson and the Breal Team for their assistance!!
