Went to burger King for the first time in years and unfortunately kinda regret it. This is newer location so I understand things can be hard at first , but it wasn't very good , dirty inside , tables not wiped anywhere, food was mediocre at best , burger tasted burnt and onion rings and bites were cooked in some dark oil as they looked and tastes like dirty oil. Disappointed to say the least , hopefully they get better over time but won't be returning. Sorry for the bad review but it was not good experience.
I recently went to Burger King for the first time in a while, and I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered a Whopper meal, and it was just as good as I remembered it. I Remember when they used to have the 99c whopper. The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the fries were crispy and delicious. I would definitely recommend Burger King to anyone looking for a quick and affordable meal. Kid-friendliness: My kids loved the paper crowns they got
For lunch today, we stopped into Burger King to get takeout since we are coming home from our family cottage. I ordered their new Bacon Whopper Melt which was tasty! Also got a s'mores iced coffee which was good!!Food: 5/5
You may look at this review and wonder why I gave a piece of charcoal 4/5 stars. Lets start with the positives: Everything else on the burger was incredibly fresh and tasty. Only the edges of the patty were hard as a rock, so it was easy to peel it off like the crust on a slice of bread. No big deal. Also, it was an impossible burger, so, maybe a little less awful than if it had been a meat patty. Fries were great and the mozz sticks were mozz sticks. What else can you say about the mozz sticks? Overall I'm a little impressed that they managed to only burn the edges of the patty and leave the top and bottom totally normal. I'd probably come here again and hope for the best.
This is one of the dirtiest restaurants in Newmarket. I've complained several times to management but see little improvement. None of the tables look clean. There are always flies in the restaurant. Take a look at the fan over the front door! Also avoid touching the door on your way out, it probably has never been cleaned. I'M NOT EATING HERE ANY TIME SOON. Vegetarian options: The Impossible whopper is a great veggie burger.
This BK for some reason is always super slow, the food is just as good as any other location I’ve been to but this location is always at LEAST 20 minutes to get food. Last time I was in the drive-thru there was only 2 cars in front of me, and it still took 25 minutes from when I ordered until I actually got the food at the window. Dining in, even with only a few people in line it still takes almost 15 minutes of waiting each visit until I actually order. That doesn’t include the wait to get the food. If you’re okay with waiting and hanging around then it’s fine but sometimes I can’t justify a 20-30 minute visit just to pick up an order.
Visited on opening day. Very well staffed, I was greeted with a smile, food came quickly lived up to fast food expectation, ordered chicken sandwich, whopper, mozzarella sticks, and jalapeño cheesy bites. Unfortunately interior cheese from the cheesy bites and sticks were cold. Cherry coke is uniquely offered at their self serve fountain drink station. Nevertheless great work for day 1. Will come back again.
One of the worst places you want to be, mismanaged, unorganized. Staff should be disciplined themselves. This chain exists for a while never experienced such a poor management, who ever owns the chain need to pay more attention. I feel bad for delivery people, they have been treated badly there. Franchise uses paint tape to seal the food.
New location that is still working out some startup issues. Staff was very friendly, but the kitchen was still quite disorganized during my visit. Although my order was made right, by the time my burger was done the onion rings and jalapeno bites were cold. There were also lots of orders with small problems and staff was doing their best to keep everyone happy. Will be back when things settle down a bit and try again.
This location recently opened a week ago and already there seem to be issues. Staff are so friendly that they at times stand around talking all the while the garbage is overflowing and the drink area and tables lack attention. Food is what you expect from a fast food restaurant and it certainly takes care of the craving. My hope is that since I mentioned to the manager that it was nice to see them getting along but, could they please attend to the garbage that they will be more aware of their surroundings. Don’t want to see Burger King shut down by public health.
