HORRIBLE!!! We ordered a menu board and it arrived in terrible shape.  This was escalated and the VP of Sales, who is extremely unprofessional, stated it was our fought and we were responsible?  Even tho the Howard Company arranged the freight!  My suggestion to the general public it to avoid this establishment because you are at risk if your product comes to you damaged.  In the instance that you have to and if you do have to, I feel sorry for you, I would suggest to get in writing who is responsible if the item is damaged in transit.

Received wrong order, now have to pay to ship back due to company error! Will not be ordering directly from them anymore!

Changing my review from a couple months ago: I wrote a negative review prior, however, I was equally at fault. Howard has done a great job after straightening out a couple issues that were not clearly anyone's fault. They also solved a site issue that was definitely not their fault, and they mobilized the labor to fix the issue. I would use them again, but I would also be more attentive to the project myself.
