Was told that it would be $65.00 per hour to come out and do the job. Technician was here 1 hour and ten minutes. Charged my wife $130.00 for 2 hours worth of labor, which i was not home at the time,. I called and spoke to DAVE the service manager, which was VERY RUDE and he told me that the technician took ceiling fans apart and did all this other work. He flat out lied, all the technician did was work on 1 switch which took all that time to figure out why the ceiling fan was not working properly.I was told by dave that they DO NOT charge for travel time i live in muncy and they are located in turbotville which is only 10 minutes away. So, he wouldn't even reimburse me for the EXTRA 50 minutes of time and money that his technician wasn't even here doing work. Customers BEWARE!!!! if you like to get ripped off by people that get over on women and like being talked to like you are an idiot and don't know how to add, then go with this company. NEVER AGAIN will i call them or refer them to anyone. And i hope that all the people that read this go with a better reputable company. And if you don't like what i wrote DAVE then call me, you got my number!!!
