This Best Buy has evolved to meet the demands of its customers in a way I had never imagined possible. Compared to when I started coming here around seven years ago, the staff have become much more friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable than ever before. They understand when to let you explain what you need and what you are looking for. They will not push you into making a sale and respect your space and right to choose what you feel is the best product for you. I have recently worked with one of the sales managers, a gentleman from home theater, and another in home goods, and an extremely kind woman operating the front security desk, all great people with tons of knowledge of the products on the floor. I was confident in each purchase I made in each department recently, and I know the various staff members made a huge impact on my decisions. My precise needs were catered to, with the offers of multiple options and price points for me to work with. All in all, this Best Buy has grown so much compared to years ago, and it is worth revisiting it if ever you had stopped going prior.

Will does the vehicle installations ever. He makes things disappear. Anytime we need installation done this is the only place we go. I waited 3 months for him to do a custom installation because he is in such demand. Excellent person.

I like the store and especially Sil, the sales person. She is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, and doesn't pressure you. The store doesn't always have every thing in stock, but they can order it for you. The Geek Squad in store also does excellent work.

Went to buy a tv for the bedroom and the living room. Love the large number of manufacturers we had to pick from. The associates were very helpful. At times, however, it did seem as though they were trying to rush us to make a decision. Over all ww had a very good experience.

Found a great deal on a phone thumb drive. Staff was very helpful.
