Mc Carty Electric

Currently working with Mccarty on my new construction home. Extremely easy to deal with! My favorite contractor on my list. Anytime I call with a change or addition, they jump right on it and don’t try to nickel and dime you. They understand it’ll all come together in the end. Annie is very thorough and helpful with scheduling. Customer based company! Definitely recommend! Im attaching some pictures of the rough in they did on our fireplace. They ran conduits for tv power, data, electric insert in master, and mantle plugs. Easy to service wiring after the brick is finished

I only give McCarty the second star because the work was not terrible. I had them do all the electrical for a new build in Huntsville. If you have infinite time and can wait around for weeks on end, McCarty may be a good fit for you. They take FOREVER to call you back, respond to emails, put you on schedule. They send one guy to do the rough wiring for the entire house. It took him weeks. They will not put me on schedule for warranty even two weeks out. This place is a joke and Kieth the owner should be embarrassed.

Had a burned bus bar on my main A/C breaker. Called McCarty 5 minutes after they opened sent a picture of the breaker box long story short James was at my house in less than an hour and by 3:00 new breaker box was installed. Second time I have used Keith and his crews. First time was for major renovation. Could not be more pleased this company is first class highly recommend them.

After McCafferty electric didn't get back to me I tried McCarty. The same thing happened with them. They came out to look at a job where I needed a circuit breaker installed. Told me they would give an estimate. Never got the estimate, even after calling the office several times. If you can't do the job, then just tell me, so I can look elsewhere. I can't evaluate their work because we never got that far. I finally called BT electric who had it done a week after coming out. Took them 3 hours. That is who I would recommend.

Looking at the bad reviews you can see by McCarty Electrics response that the do not accept accountability and responsibility for their poor service. I had a horrible experience with them but why bother to write about it as they will just deny everything.

They were so quick to get to our office and changed the transfer switch to our Generac so that power can be restored quickly.

They never called to set a appointment to see what I need to run power to my shed
