I stop in this one when in area. Always well stocked and help is close by and friendly.
Transaction started terribly, Lynne return counter had a poor attitude, and was very unpleasant. However manager Paul, and Kayla were able to rectify the situation, make sure my order was correct and assist me with delivery options. Thank you Paul and Kayla for your time and patience, and excellent customer service. I appreciate you.
Derrik helped me with a issue i was having with my plumbing. Followed his recommendations and fixed the problem in minutes. I won't go to another home depot unless it's this one. Always great customer service and lots of knowledge. Thank you! Home depot on hall rd and hyendrick
Ordered an electric stove/ range, today they delivered it, they just left the power cord and left. We had to pay for the power cord, and they gave us the wrong one. Now my husband has to run store to store to find the one we need, while they should have got this right, that's why we paid for.
May 2021. Below average grade of treated lumber. Garden center looked fine. Bought some OSI caulking. Not really Depot issue, but all the tubes of caulking are filled less 1 3/4" from the end of the tube. Feels like a ripoff. otherwise it's a typical home depot with competitive prices , minimal staffing and no hot dogs anymore.
We purchased a propane heater online because it was in stock. My wife calls to verify it will be ready for pickup, and is told it would be ready in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later, she is told it is being shipped in and would be ready in 2 days. The manager was rude in relaying this information and was unwilling to help except to cancel the transaction. Will never shop this store again, it's better to drive to one farther away.
This store is always clean and well organized. The main aisle from side to side at the front of the store was in my opinion too crowded with merchandise in the center of the aisle. It's very difficult to navigate with a cart when it's crowded and almost impossible using a flatbed.
The staff is very helpful. Especially the young lady in customer service that handles returns she is very friendly and does a great job.
Not the cleanest or most well organized looking for a tool organizer the website says the store has 58 of online, but there's none at the location its listed at and only 2 on an end cap 12 isles away. Most of the time the staff is very helpful but some of the younger kids they have working there are obviously just there for the paycheck.
I went to the rental department and rented a carpet scrubber customer service is always so nice and very knowledgeable. Will be coming back to this Home Depot many more times.
