Very knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Clean and organized facility. Louis was very helpful and knowledgeable about the terra trike. He was professional and non pushy which made me happy. He answered my litany questions with a level of professionalism that comes from pride and passion for what he does. Keep up the great work.

I walked in there and had to look for help. As if I wasn't even worth of their time, maybe even biased against how I looked. I then bought an Electra bike and I was NEVER fitted!! I had to have someone FaceTime me from California to help when I got home. The gentleman with dark hair, somewhat long, is a joke. He just wants commission, he was too busy to even ring me up and I had to wait for a woman to do so. Worst store. Going to a different bike store from now on to get any items or services.

I stopped in yesterday April 23, 2017 for a test ride. I met Adam and he was super nice. I had not rode a bike in some years and thought for sure I was going to struggle. The only problem was the seat was too low. After we raised the seat, I took another ride around the block and it was much better. The bike was lovely to say the least but unfortunately beyond my budget at the time. Great looking store. You never get a second chance to make a first impression and for that I would recommend the store to anyone looking to buy a bike.

I do not recommend this store, everytime ive been here i have not been treated like a customer, and instead like a second class citizen, after purchasing over 1300 dollars worth of things from this store, i get no respect from anyone who works there. I brought my bike in for a tune up and they did not seem to want my money, so i refuse to ever dare set foot in here again and i suggest you stay away

Great shop and service! Scott helped my girlfriend and I find the perfect Trek hybrid bikes. He talked to us about the DS line, and the what differences were between them, helped us with sizing and had us test ride a couple of bikes. Will be back again for our bike needs! Highly recommended!
