I had an amazing experience with Brad, Jay, Dave, Shelby, and the rest of the staff at Macomb Powersports. I typically do not like dealer experiences, because it often feels like an unnecessary struggle. The first time I walked into to MP, the sales staff let me know they were available to answer questions, but offered to give me space and time to look around. On a later visit, after I had called many dealerships to compare prices, I spoke with Brad about ordering a 2018 Ninja 1000. He called the next morning with a very competitive price, and we got the bike ordered! Brad and the sales staff went far out of their way to help me get a factory promotion from Kawasaki which brought the price down even further. Since the bike had to be ordered, they kept me up to date about the status, timing, and sent pictures of the bike when it arrived. They even provided plenty of help to get the bike loaded into the truck. Everything about the sales process was transparent, fair, and customer friendly. Unlike many of my past experiences at other dealers, I will look forward to visiting Macomb Powersports for future services and purchases!

Great service on the sales floor! Picked up some new riding gear (helmet, gloves, goggles) at a good price. Salesman was very attentive. Would buy from here again! Recommended business.

This place is great. They such a large array of products and gear I love just going and looking around and what's new. The staff is nice and very helpful. There pricing a little more expensive than there places on the vehicles but all the gear is priced normally. I would definitely check it out of you haven't.

The customer service I received today was great and all my questions were answered. I did not feel rushed at all and they took the time to make sure I was getting the correct part for my bike.

Service department is the worst! Took my bike in and they say it’ll be done in a couple days. Turns out they needed to order a part which you’d think they should have in stock. When I finally called to check if it was done a week later, they told me the part just arrived and my bike will be put on the work schedule for later this week! Next time I need anything, I’m going anywhere else before I return here because they are simply not upfront and honest and I refuse to support a business like them. Also, don’t even think about buying a used bike here unless you want to pay more than you should.
