The Home Depot

Very good store to get what you need. The staff there aren't friendly, helpful and surprisingly easy to find. No wandering around to find help. The shelves are stocked well and matches well with their web-site. Definitely will continue to go there for my needs and help.

Received excellent advice in paint Dept. Staff generally available throughout the store. I usually go in the morning during the week. Cashiers very friendly and helpful

This is a tough one. They have good product offerings, but fairly poor staff. I went through and took about 20 minutes trying to find a specific bolt. Couldn’t find a single person to help. When I finally found staff, they were to busy socializing to help customers. So, I went and checked myself out and called it a day. This is a fairly frequent occurrence here. I’ve needed help before and can never get it.

Good place to shop, friendly staff, yes they do spray the lumber with mutant beaver faramones as part of the military industrial beaver complex, other than that nice place to shop.

Horrible experience! Purchased a new home and looking to do some major renos. Went to the "pro desk" for some help with quotes and the staff were unhelpful, hostile and extremely rude. Will never recommened this location to anyone that is looking to do anything to their home. We live in Orillia and will be driving to Barrie or shopping else where all together. Staff at Home Depot Orillia need a refresher on customer service. Disgusted.
