The driver who delivered did a great job getting up our strep driveway and using the boom truck to lift it to the balcony. They arrived on time. We did not have to wait all day. I recently purchased a new toilet and installation contract supplied by 'Home Hardware.nFirstly the installation contract is a great, no time consuming search for a plumber and again 'when' it could be installed kudos for the company imitative to have this added program.nSecondly and most importantly the plumber Cory Clayton, having used numerous plumbers over the past 50 yrs I found this gentleman to be the best ever his workmanship, speed and cleanliness were of the highest quality I would highly recommend him for anyone who is in need of a good plumber. He will definitely be top of my 'need a plumber list'.

Ken at the Contractors Desk, is definitely not worth dealing with. He isn't the least bit friendly or helpful. Looks like he hates his job. Doesn't double check that he has the goods he is selling you, till you drive around back to find out they don't have all that your looking for at all. Quick to take the money though. Won't be returning.

Because of escalating thefts in the area the store has a hard line policy that all bags must be left at the door. This policy discriminates against people with disabilities specifically people with mental health disorders like paranoia and schizophrenia that have to keep personal belongings with them at all times even if that’s 10 bags of what might look like garbage to you. The customer advised the store manager that he couldn’t leave his bags at the front of the store because somebody might steal them Understanding that this person had mental health problems and truly believed that things would be stolen if out of their sight, the customer had to leave the store because they were not allowed to keep their personal belongings with them. I empathize with store owners that theft has gotten out of control, but people with disabilities still have rights when you have a store that serves the general public. It is your duty to ensure barrier free opportunities to access your stores. That includes mental health barriers store policies need to be reviewed. You can assess that somebody has a paranoia very easily when they’re telling you that they can’t leave their belongings somebody might steal it. They’re also not gonna push the issue because they’re gonna be paranoid that you’re gonna call the police on them and cause them further distress.
