Againts my best judgment I decided to purchase paint at Home Hardware instead of Housser's. I provided the paint department with a paint swatch to match. Put my first coat on and the color wasn't even close Brown instead of grey tint. Went back to Home Hardware and asked them to match the same sample. This time the number was diffect than what I purchased. Asked them to discount my paint but they would not. Stay away from this store for your paint needs. Go to the professionals at Housser's you will get better service.

Excellent Service & The Right Parts When It MatterednI had a well plumbing issue that needed to be fixed properly and quickly the Home Hardware in Orillia was the only store that had the correct well tee with a union — it is a high-quality part, not a compromise.nHome Depot had an alternative, but it would have required more work. The Home Hardware solution was clearly the better design and saved time and hassle.nWhat really stood out was the help in the plumbing section. The gentleman there on Saturday morning assisted right away and offered some additional advice, which turned out to be a very good idea and helped ensure the job was done correctly.nVery grateful for the help and the quality of products. This is exactly why local hardware stores matter. Highly recommended.

The driver who delivered did a great job getting up our strep driveway and using the boom truck to lift it to the balcony. They arrived on time. We did not have to wait all day. Definitely superior service to Home Depot. We definitely recommend them

Ken at the Contractors Desk, is definitely not worth dealing with. He isn't the least bit friendly or helpful. Looks like he hates his job. Doesn't double check that he has the goods he is selling you, till you drive around back to find out they don't have all that your looking for at all. Quick to take the money though. Won't be returning.
