The Home Depot in Waterville has some of the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. I drove over an hour to pick up a toolbox my Husband had purchased and when they couldn't find it right away they were extremely apologetic and helpful. They eventually located it where it had been put aside and then an amazing gentleman and woman helped me load and get it secured for the trip home. During the holidays there is usually stressed people and workers everywhere. This team of workers made the whole experience easy and stress free. Thank you!!

Usually find all the products we need for the project at hand. Just wish it was closer. We go to the local hardweare and they don't have what we need and we then have to head to home depot.1/2 hr away. What sucks the most is if you forget that one item that you really need and have to make two trips in one day. Besides that 99% of the time they have the products you need in one building.

It's a bummer I have to write a poor review since the service we had at this Home Depot when we were actually purchasing items was great, but we ordered thousands of dollars worth of appliances recently and it has been a NIGHTMARE working with them and Atlantic Transport. We keep getting "we'll call you back" and "it'll be delivered tomorrow" and we're still missing one of our appliances a MONTH later. Home Depot managers-- if you are reading these reviews, PLEASE PLEASE stop working with Atlantic Transport. They are ruining an otherwise pleasant experience.

Why doesn't home depot have carts inside? 100 carts buy front door not any inside so you pick up a few things decide you need a cart have to put things down and go a mile to find a cart .Lowe's has some thoughout yhe store
