We are new home owners to the lakes region and after shopping in several other furniture stores in the area,settled on buying our bedroom set at Oakland Furniture. We found that the quality of our bedroom set was excellent and that working with the owner and several of his employees very satisfying. Not sure why the other negative reviews,however we would not hesitate to do buisness with them again

When there because we needed some furniture. There sale associate follow as like a ghost even thought we would get them if we needed help but he still follow us like a ghost in a funeral home.

Its ok if you want to shop local, but if your looking for good deals (price wise) I would shop here last. Ive only bought one thing from them, cause I couldnt find it anywhere else.

First visit was met with a unfriendly attitude from employees and owner. I noticed the owner giving me a stearn look like "what are you up to". The only gentlemen that made me come back, was a guy named Lionel, very polite and even had a smile on his face, suprise
