The Home Depot

This Home Depot location has amazing staff and delivery crew. We originally purchased a fridge from Leon's close by and the crew tried to deliver the 29 (3/4) inch wide fridge through a 30 (1/2) inch opening but horribly failed. Leon's blamed us, and treated us horribly. So we cancelled our order with Leon's and called Home Depot. We spoke with this location, and they said that they could deliver the fridge with ease. So we ordered the fridge at this Home Depot with there awesome customer service (price match and beat) and the delivery crew came today and brought in the same fridge Leon's could not deliver properly with no difficulty at all. The crew that came were extremely friendly and amazing. They were, experienced, quick and clean. I would highly recommend going to this Home Depot!

Such a horrible experience. We waited for 2 months because apparently 1 of our appliance is currently on back order. Gave them an additional week just to make sure that we will get everything delivered all at once. That was back in October 28 of this year. Home depot and their delivering company is now giving us a run around. It's been weeks and weeks of constant broken promises. A bandaid over a bandaid is not going to fix this. Appliances that's already paid for. If I could give negative stars I will. Not a happy customer right now.

Appliances department: Madison the young lady who helped us with our purchase to buy a new Washing machine and dryer was amazing, nothing was to much trouble for her and her patience with us was astounding. Thankyou

Out of stock on the lights we wanted out of stock on the door handles, staff helpful but not a really good shopping trip...
