Rented a broken machine the staff didn’t even know how to operate it. Came back to return it an associate offer a 40$ discount…. I asked for a manage and he said the manager is not available. Of course I found the manager and this guy just said best we can do is a refund and off you go! And like an idiot off I go!nNo solution, no one offered to find a new machine or find a replacement. People just know they won’t be accountable for anything they do or say!!!nGreat customer service!!! Top notch manager! The more incompetent the better the promotion!
