This company I visited a few times and the front desk person Claudio is very polite and helpful. Unfortunately when dealing with one of the other owner's Renato he is extremely rude and seriously lacks etiquette. If you are not a repeat customer he will tell you that he cannot help you unless you spend a certain amount, I cannot believe he has the audacity to tell people this, his secretary or whoever is the woman who answers the phone is also very rude. I really wonder how this company is even in business, I would never treat my client or any new clients in this manner. Very disappointing to say the least.
