Don’t buy any Husqvarna products from here. You open the box , done. No returns or exchange for open box . I bought electric power Husqvarna power cut . Just after twice use , no power. They direct retail and mechanic shop just for Dewalt no other brand . Ad they said no return or exchange for gas powered but not for electric power . They will send you for mechanic shop , but I called 3 of them no answer . I bought the tools from large retailer , because I didn’t want to be involve for repair and part . Even easy for returns and exchange or at least store credit . But ……
A good place to by tools of great variety, but not everything in there is that good. I bought a bossa pouch couple weeks ago and didn’t last a week and tore up. It was a really waist of money.
Great place and extremely helpful staff. Their sale prices are unbeatable and regular pricing comparable to the other big box stores. Also they carry more construction based items that you just cant get at you typical chain store.
I never knew there was another place besides Lowes and Home Depot!? This place has amazing prices and affordable for work clothes. Better prices than Mark's work warehouse. Unfortunately, there isn't much selections for female clothing but it doesn't matter when the men's clothing can fit just as well on a woman. Amazing customer service! I would totally recommend this store!
Very bad service, yesterday we asked to change a box of crushed nails since I can't use them in the gun because they get stuck. The person in charge simply told me that it was not possible that he had to review the materials and take them at that moment to change them. We work in framing and I can't check box by box to return at the moment. After 3 years of buying all my materials here every month, I simply won't buy any more... lousy customer service.
Love this place, decent selection of products, price are good for most products. Enough staff to assist. Have lots of inventory. One drawback is the @&$!!! Parking spaces, there are not enough space to park. You have a store that big but 15-20 parking spot in the front and a few close to the lumber yard. That’s a big drawback
Purchased Duradrive 6” Lynx Boots in November 2022 and stitching near heel is already destroyed. Disappointing that not only the boots didn’t last a month, but the retailer is only willing to do something with a receipt. Apparently bank transactions don’t count as proof to all retailers.
I'm going to be honest, very impressed with the store. Staff very friendly and actually there to help you. Prices are very good and when I went there were sales on work wears at prices I have never seen before. Totally recommend this store
Decent warehouse of tools and basic lumber/hardware supplies where you can view their stock online before you visit. When I call to check stock, I usually get to speak to someone in a very reasonable time period. Not as vast a selection as Homedepot or Lowes, but I often check their supplies and I often find their prices are cheaper.
