IHL Canada is a real Disneyland for contractors! The selection of high-quality tools and materials for all kinds of trades is absolutely unmatched – you simply won't find this variety anywhere else. The prices are incredible, often even lower than what you'd find on Marketplace! The store is massive, with so much inventory that it feels like you could spend all day just exploring. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Plus, they carry the best tools from all over the world. With their long hours and excellent service, this is the place to go if you're in the market for high-quality tools or want to treat yourself. A must-visit for anyone in the trades!
I've only shopped at IHL a couple of times so far and it's becoming my favorite store. The store is clean and organized. Stocked well, it is also pretty simple to get the hang of where what tools/brands ar located. The staff are extremely approachable and helpful. Even if the individual is unsure on the location of a product they know where to find another staff member that knows where to find everything with ease. Everybody seems to be having a good time while at work and they have good teamwork which is nice to see.nnThe tool selection is pretty good, they have many brands to choose from at different price points. The clothing section has a great selection to choose from and great prices. You cannot go wrong shopping at IHL.nnThe last time I shopped at IHL a young guy helped me tremendously, I wish I remembered his name. I'll definitely be shopping at IHL a lot more often. I recommend the store to all of my coworkers, friends, and family members.
Wonderful store, staff serve you with kindness, always willing to answer questions and happily help, great price, several brands. I needed to exchange a product and I didn't have a receipt and I still received good service and received my refund. excellent service
Incredible visit every time! You should try to run into Ellen in the clothing aisle if you have time. She knows about the pros and cons of clothing right down to the colours and fibers. Look for her every time we go in and when my son purchases for his stone business. She’s thorough, thoughtful and good for a laugh. Ellen is a definite asset to IHL for everybody. The selection and pricing at IHL is competitive and over the top in tools. Try to hit their MEGA sale and you will be able to buy even more. We definitely will return to IHL.
Ellen was courteous, bubbly, fast acting, fun, and incredibly knowledgeable, I never write reviews but she was so helpful and gorgeous that I just had to write a review. Ellen is such a warm addition to the store and makes you feel so special as a customer, give her a raise! Till we meet again you fantastic beautiful woman!
