A great place to go an get lost in, looking at all the tools and endless possibilities for them. While on the more pricey end of the spectrum for tools, they are high quality.

The products at this store in Vaughn are fantastic. I would like to give the products top score. As for the customer experience... I cannot say the same. I had called prior and requested some tools set aside for me, so I went to pick them up. The cashier who helped me was abrupt, not courteous, and not helpful at all. I asked a few questions regarding the tools I bought and what purpose I was buying them for, and asked if I would maybe need any other tools, but she was clearly not interested in providing any suggestions or help at all. I left disappointed. Saturday July 22nd 2017. Time: 17:47. Cashier 1245. Unfortunately the receipt does not have a name. A. David

Awesome store and unique products. I will say their system they have in place is a bit ridiculous where you have to take a number and have the cashier walk in the back and find your product in the warehouse

I had never been to a Lee Valley before but I left impressed with the level of service. I found Tom near the order kiosks. I said I'd never been here before so he walked me through printing out an order form and taking a number. Warren took care of me at the counter. Casual atmosphere and good conversation. I won't hesitate to come back when I see something else I'd like from the catalog or online.
