I recently purchased a 10 piece lithium ion powered tool set. After the second cycle of use my charger completely went dead. I called Ryobi customer service and they told me they could have me a replacement charger in 7 to 10 business days. In my line of work that amount of time is income, so... I went back to Home Depot and spoke to Carrie at customer service. To my dismay they were sold out of the 10-piece combo set. However, to my surprise they have the charger separately!!! After a brief conversation with Carrie she exchanged just the charger so I could be on my way. She did not have to do that because I bought a "kit" and to Home Depot the kit is the complete kit, period. Sometimes that is how manufacturing and retail sales work together. So for Carrie to be able to exchange one piece is truly great customer service!! Thank you again!

The power tool aisle is not organized well compared to other Home Depot stores. The aisles seemed too close together but could have something to do with layout of tools. The only assistance offered was on the way out of the store near the exit. Probably won't return to this store for anything. Lake Geneva has a nicer store with more helpful employees and better layout.

Always had good experience shopping at Home Depot. And they always have what I need. PLUS they give disable vet discounts.

I've always liked their wood products, and they're very good on giving you assistance, really like the girls at the returns desk, very helpful
