Sam was a tremendous help. I came in not really knowing what I was looking for besides "a queen mattress". Sam asked questions about preferences and when I mentioned back problems, asked questions about that to help me find the best mattress for my needs. She was helpful without being overwhelming or pushy, always ready to answer questions or explain something without making me feel like an idiot for being so far out of my depth. Once I selected a mattress she helped me get the best deal possible. I am super happy with my purchase and I can't wait to get my mattress delivered next week!

Just purchased the Cadillac of all mattresses. Looking forward to enjoying it, without even receiving the mattress yet I was completely satisfied with Sam the Assistant Manager. She was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. She went above and beyond to satisfy our needs and what we wanted. We shopped around for mattresses and because of her great customer service even though we found slightly better deals we definitely wanted to buy from her.

Very helpful staff. No high pressure sales pitches. We did the Goldilocks thing testing which one we wanted. Love our new firm king bed!!! Roscoe, Ginger & Roxy will love it too.

I GOTTA QUEEN SIZE FOR A TWIN PRICE!!!! OUR EXPERIENCE WAS AMAZING WITH GREAT CUSTOMER CARE. THE STAFF WAS GREAT. DEFINITELY WILL COME BACK
