The Racine store is so helpful. Alterations were perfect and done within 2 days. Friendly staff. Always have great B1G1 sales.

I will give them 2.5 stars. The service was decent from everyone I encountered. I do have to say that the place is filthy. I don't think the changing rooms have been vacuumed in about a year and the carpets have not been cleaned longer than that. If you sell high end mens clothes and rent tuxedos, my feeling is that you should show the part and have a clean store.

It was incredibly easy to get in, have plenty of options provided and get out quickly. Pick up was just as simple and I have a great wardrobe with plenty of combinations. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

I just wanted to take a moment to commend Devin and the staff at the Racine location.. Devin is wonderful to work with and always goes above and beyond what is required of him to make sure that the customer is comfortable. Instead of pressuring the customer for a sale he takes his time to work with you to ensure you walk out with exactly what you wanted. He will have a customer for life (and im not even a man, lol). Thanks Devin for all your help..

Was fitted for a tux here, prices are somewhat high, so that their buy one get one suit specials look like a better deal than they are.
