The sales associate did not pay enough attention to what I was asking for , almost everything had to be returned . I stayed when I walked in the door that I needed lots of help. There were no other costumers in the store . Other associate sat on his phone .

Great customer service over the phone and in person. I was having problems with my cars' battery and Stan was able to offer me multiple options as to how to proceed. I ended up getting a new battery which he was then able to install on site saving me a lot of trouble. I'm very satisfied with my overall experience and will definitely be coming back for future needs.

Everyone was willing and attempting to assist me. Much better assistance then my past experiences. Old comments : Don't know why I call or even stop by. Have to wait for everything. Seems no one cares about customers. Call auto zone and get information I needed in less time then I was on hold for. Not a isolated incident either. Good location though.

Car broke down at a friends house one night and we had to jump it to get it going. Went to oriellys 20 minutes from closing and that Austin kid still put my battery in for me without a complaint. Now that's good service and saved me a headache.

Never seem to have the parts in stock. Almost always a 1-2 days wait for anything besides maybe fluids or spark plugs
