The staff and management were very helpful, in spite of our being less than decisive with appliance and lighting product selection/purchase, for our home remodeling efforts. Kudos to the department leads, store management, and register staff, for embracing the true spirit of Customer Service, even just minutes prior to store closing (after a long day, I'm sure). It is very much appreciated! We'll be making the trip up here (from Oscoda) again, as this store has earned our repeat business.

Don't care to go there the employees stand around and never offer you any assistance and the time before that when tracking done a employee they ignored me and offered no help!

Terrible experience with Kitchen Department quart countertops for a Family cottage. We paid for tops and had the template measure completed at end of April. They said it would be 5-6 weeks. Big price increase from estimate due to seem location prompts us to ask that they change the seem locations so we don't have to pay for excessive waste material. Receive notice that tops would be installed June 23. Day or two before scheduled install date, receive message that the fabricator doesn't even have the materials, now going to be later than July 4th weekend. Delay on prepaid product and service is bad, the customer service and communication is almost as bad.
