Our local JCPenney store is amazing in customer service. I would have given it 3 stars due to the limited space and essentially the availability of commodities but, the extremely overwhelming hospitality when you walk through the store definitely put it on the next level. Great job making your customers feel at home!

This store seems to stock mainly women's clothing, not much for men. They do have a decent selection of shoes, undergarments and children's clothing as well.
